- Refurbishment / restoration of 80 existing timber windows & 20 existing timber doors.
- Refurbishment / restoration of 1 existing timber staircase and handrail system.
- Refurbishment restoration of 8 pairs of existing timber shutters (Louvres).
- Supply and install of 4 new timber windows and 6 new timber doors with frames.
- Replacement of 18 external sills to match existing.
- Refurbishment of 32 existing external sills.
- Installation of high performance thermal/acoustic seals to existing windows and doors.
- Supply & install of 44 new window surrounds.(Reveal linings, inner sills , Architraves
& mouldings. - Installation of 6.38mm laminated glass to 38 existing windows and 4 doors.
- Installation of new hardware to existing windows and refurbished doors.
