Some examples of 'rot' but will be best for you to have a look in person as the expert Bathroom - make good the existing timber window, some broken hinges etc. It would be good if the glazing could be completed this week if possible (in particular the hush glass install). As mentioned, I've recently moved into a new freestanding two-storey house featuring single-glazed aluminium sliding windows. They don't meet our needs for either thermal or acoustic performance. In an ideal world, we would be working to change the following (the four bedroom windows): 3x 1450mm (W) x 1200mm (H) (725mm each window) 1x 2050mm (W) x 1200mm (H) (1025mm each window) Realistically, we may not have the budget to complete all of this, so I'm keeping that in mind when receiving quotes.
